Drysdale Soaring With Two Eagles To Top Of Kenya Savannah Classic

Scotland’s David Drysdale was soaring with two eagles to the top of the leaderboard on day two of the Kenya Savannah Classic in Nairobi.

Dyrsdale, who last week celebrated his 46th birthday, eagled both the par-5 sixth hole and the par-5 11th in a second straight round of 65 on the Karen Country Club course.

‘Double D’ had missed the cut on the same course at last week’s Miracle Kenya Open but he’s certainly turned on the magic less than a week later in not only snaching two eagles but also a dozen birdies.

It is the Callaway attached Drysdale’s lowest opening 36-hole tally since he was 13-under par after two days of the 2009 Madrid Masters where he eventually posted a 21-under tally for an eventual T3rd finish.
