It was the Tiger Woods & Bernie Show across the length and breadth of the USA thanks to ESPN TV.

ESPN ran coverage of Woods short interview with the media following his 11 hole practice round earlier today on the Augusta National course.

Woods was the last golfer off the Masters course at 7.15pm local time after playing holes 1 to 9 and then 10 and 18 (See earlier story).

Waiting for Woods in front of the clubhouse was a handful of dedicated journalists reporting on this week’s 79th edition of the Masters.

Then while relaxing with a ice cold bottle of Shiner Bock imagine the surprise when ESPN run coverage of the interview prime time and with your author continuing to proudly sport his Callaway cap as he stood close by the 14-time Major winning Woods.

It was Woods first formal interview on over two months after he pulled out of the Northern Trust Open at Torrey Pines.
