Davis Love 111 will be confirmed as the 2016 United States Ryder Cup Team captain later today at PGA of America headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.

The announcement, scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time US, will be streamed live at www.RyderCup.com/usa, the official Team USA Ryder Cup site.

The choice to head Team USA comes one week after Team Europe selected Darren Clarke as its Captain for the 2016 event, to be held at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, Minnesota.
