Oak Hill’s Rich History & Unique Distinction.

Oak Hill and venue for this week’s 95th PGA Championship enjoys a rich tradition of hosting major golf championships.

The club in suburban Rochester in up-State New York has the unique distinction of having hosted all six men’s rotating golf championships – the US Amateur, US Senior Open, US Open, Senior PGA Championship, PGA Championship and the Ryder Cup.

In addition, Oak Hill hosted the inaugural Grand Slam of Golf.

This week’s 2013 PGA Championship will be the third PGA played at Oak Hill and the club has proudly recognised all past tournaments on the clubhouse wall overlooking the practice putting green.
