Australia’s Aaron Baddeley has been appointed for a first time to the 16-member Player Advisory Council (PAC) for 2013.

He now joins fellow Aussie Geoff Ogilvy on the Council.

The PAC advises and consults with the PGA TOUR Policy Board (Board of Directors) and Commissioner Tim Finchem on issues affecting the TOUR.

However in stark contrast to the European Tournament Players Committee their American colleagues have no say in the appointment of a new Ryder Cup Captain and this was something visiting American Jason Dufner said should be looked into.
