Royal Mid-Surrey Releases New Video Featuring SKY’s & RMS Member Robert Lee

Sky Sports Golf presenter and Royal Mid-Surrey Club Member Rob Lee provides a fascinating tour of Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club with the release of a new video.

The video depicts the two 18-hole championship golf courses – the JH Taylor and the Pam Barton – plus comprehensive practice areas and extensive clubhouse facilities all within 20 minutes commute from central London and ideally suited for staging golf days, conferences and special events.

“Located in the Old Deer Park in Richmond, Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club is every golfers dream,” says Rob Lee, who has been associated with the club since he was a junior golfer. “Situated on the edge of Kew Gardens and bordered by the River Thames, it really is London’s hidden gem,” he adds in the video that runs for just under four minutes.

A healthy membership of 1,352 at the Club has access to state-of-the-art teaching facilities pictured in the video, plus a strong team of PGA Professionals who can also custom fit clubs in the Mizuno Performance Centre.

The clubhouse has three standalone function spaces, the Viscount Room, Pam Barton Room and Henry Cotton Room. These can cater for conferences, banquets and special celebrations with capacities from 25 to 160 guests. All of this with ample on-site parking and walking distance to Richmond Station. The video displays all the aspects of the venue including the panoramic views over the golf courses.

“As this video shows we have the facilities to cater for client needs, whether they be banquets, meetings or events”, said Chris Holt, Chairman at Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club. “Thanks to our 36-hole complex, we can comfortably accommodate golf societies and host corporate golf days,” he added.
