The sometimes heavy and also steady rain earlier today has turned this week’s 148th Open host venue from a sheep into a wolf.
That’s the view of hometown hero, Graeme McDowell.
G Mac, and we affectionately call him, was commenting as the last player to visit the Royal Portrush media centre ahead of tee-off in this week’s historic and very special Open.
