Dustin Johnson Going Head-To-Head With Rory McIlroy In Philippines “Battle For A Cause”.

Reigning U.S. Open champion Dustin Johnson will take the injured Jason Day’s place in a charity golf game against Northern Ireland’s Rory McIlroy on November 28 Pradera Verde Golf & Country Club in Lubao, Pampanga.

The current World No. 2 will tackle the four-time Major winning McIlroy in the “Battle for a Cause” event that will benefit the Alagang Kapatid Foundation.

Day, whose mother was born in the Philippines, withdrew from the event along with indicating he would also not contest the Australian Open (Nov 17-20th) along with pulling out of teaming with Adam Scott in the following week’s World Cup of Golf in Melbourne.
