American Zac Blair has been disqualified in bizarre circumstances following an incident on day two of the Wells Fargo Championship at Quail Hollow.
After missing a birdie putt on the par-5 fifth hole, Blair was so annoyed he smacked himself in the head with his putter causing it to bend.
However, his big mistake was to putt out using the putt, before being informed by officials on the sixth hole that he was disqualified for violating rule 4-3b.
