Barges On The Union Canal At Woughton Medieval Village.

It was a wonderful Saturday morning and peaceful tranquil setting on the Union Canal at Woughton Medieval Village, and where we sent the week of the British Masters.

The view from the hotel room looked out over the Milton Keynes Marina.

It was not your normal marina boasting ocean-going yachts or high-speed power boats.

No, Milton Keynes Marina was full of barges.  I counted about 70 but then loss count as there was so many tied up at the many moorings.

The colourful barges only added to the autumn colours as you will see in the photographs below.
