Ian Poulter Goes Quackers Chasing A Honda Classic Quacker. (Now Try Quacking that Quickly!)

Ian Poulter went quackers chasing down at ‘quacker’ during second round of the rain-affected Honda Classic here at Palm Beach Gardens.

After finding the fairway on the third hole Poulter and caddy, Terry Mundy then found a large ‘quacker’ standing close by Poulter’s ball.

Mundy began flapping his wings at the quacker who got the message and started his own quacking all the way to the side of the quacking fairway.

However the quacker probably thought I’ve had enough of the quacker chasing me and elected to stand its ground further down the fairway.

Poulter carried on in playing his second shot but as he again neared the real quacker, the ‘Medinah Miracle Man’ pretended he’d be a quacker by pinning his arms behind his back and waddling a few strides back from the feathered quacker.

The crowd roared their approval as did playing partners Stewart Cink and Michael Thompson.

Leading Irish photographer Fran Caffrey – www.golffile.ie – was on hand to capture Poulter going quackers.

Fran then quacked the photo, sorry I mean tweeted the pic, with the caption: “Who’s the best Quack on the Fairway”.

And Poulter didn’t waste time with a ‘quacking’ response to Fran’s tweet.

I was ducking around.
