Wade Ormsby had just ended his round when he walked past one of the legends of motor racing – Sir Jackie Stewart.

Being a fan of motor racing, including Australia’s V8 Supercar Series, Ormsby could not resist the urge to get a photo of himself with Stewart.

Of course, Stewart is in town for the final event of the Formula One season at nearby Abu Dhabi.

However the Scot was enjoying a day at the golf as guests of Rolex in their corporate box alongside the 18th green and where Stewart was being ushered to after being snapped with Ormsby who had the opening three rounds of last week’s Turkish Airlines Open before settling for a courageous share of fourth place.

It was Orsmby’s second best finish in 200 European Tour events after sharing second place in the 2007 Blue Chip New Zealand Open.
