A big Happy Birthday to Nicolas Colsaerts.

The Belgium golfer turns 32 years old today and celebrated the occasion in the company of his parents Danielle and Patrick who were photographed with the two-time European Tour winner and 2012 Ryder Cup star on the balcony of the Montgomerie Maxx Royal clubhouse.

However it was a stop-start day in the Turkish Airlines Open for Nicolas and all 78 competitors.

Thunderstorms forced a halt to play at 12.04pm local time and with the Tour then announcing at 2.30pm they were abandoning play due to continuing threat of storms.
