Holywood-born Rory McIlroy continues his brush with Hollywood stardom on this occasion meeting with blockbuster actor, Will Smith.

McIlroy has returned to Dubai to work on his game ahead of commencing his 2014 season at next week’s Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship.

Smith is holidaying in the United Arab Emirates with his wife Jada Pinkett Smith.

“Met the fresh prince aka Will Smith today at the golf course,” Rory said on his Twitter page.

“Great guy and a good golf swing!”

Smith also enjoyed indoor skydiving with actor Tyrese during  Arabian holiday.

It is McIlroy’s second brush with Hollywood stardom in just over a month.

McIlroy had been the same Emirates Airline flight from Dubai to Sydney as Anchorman 2 star Will Ferrell.

Ferrell was on his way to the opening in Sydney of Anchorman 11 – The Legend Continues while McIlroy was also heading to Sydney to compete in the Australian that he won with a birdie at the last from overwhelming crowd favourite Adam Scott.

And the pair got on so well during the 13-hour long haul flight he invited McIlroy’s manager, Sean O’Flaherty and caddy J P Fitzgerald to the movie premier.

While McIlroy gets back to business, it has been revealed he and Wozniacki are planning on a long engagement.

His new fiancee is also expected to return to the tennis court from a shoulder injury in time to participate in the Australian Open in the next two weeks.
