Tonight promises to be an exciting occasion as the eight-time European No. 1 Colin Montgomerie is playing host later today to a bar-b-que at one of the stunning villas on the Maxx Royal Hotel Resort complex.

The occasion is to help celebrate the European Tour’s first visit to Turkey.

Of course, Monty designed the course named after him and it’s the second course this year after the Irish Open to host a Race to Dubai event.

However we’re unsure at this early stage of the day if Monty will donning the bar-b-que apron.
