Just days before World No. 1 Rory McIlroy signs an expected $200m deal to sign on with Nike and he’s spent $10.9m of that sum purchasing a stunning bachelor pad in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

But it’s not you normal single man’s abode as the house comes with six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and it laid out on 10,083 square feet.

The house also features a four-car garage and backyard putting green.

Affording the house has not been too difficult for McIlroy considering he also earned more than $13 million just in tournament prize money this season.
